Southern Carpet, Hardwood & Tile Inc. was proud to partner with Golden Construction team on the recently completed Project known as “The Venue”. The project is a 236 unit luxury apartment development in downtown Birmingham adjacent to Regions Field, the home of the Birmingham Barons baseball team.
The flooring project consisted of porcelain tile, carpet, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the units and common areas. The tile work on the floors and walls of the lobby, sky lounge and fitness center was particularly challenging due to the intricate decorative patterns.
